Buffalo Sabres Mini 1 on 1 Competition for 10U Players

Webster Youth Hockey would like to give a special shout out to Van Bolton and Julian McMahon for representing our organization in the Buffalo Sabres Mini 1 on 1 competition at the Key Bank Center in Buffalo. Both players earned the right to represent the Cyclones by winning our internal 10U shootout competition (Van as the shooter and Julian as the goalie). They competed against 10U players from all over Western NY for the chance to represent the Sabres in the NHL’s 1 on 1 shootout competition at the All Star Game being held in San Jose. While they didn’t win they had a lot of fun. Check out the action in the photo's below:

Webster Cyclones 14U TB Fitzpatrick/Bolton Win at Buffalo HarbourCentre Cup

Beats 4th ranked team in the Country enroute to Championship!

A big Congratulations goes out to our 14U TB Fitzpatrick/Bolton Travel Team for winning the HarborCenter Cup AA Tournament in Buffalo on 10/21/2018.  It was quite an impressive run, first they played Jimmy Johns from Detroit and tied 3-3 then went on to beat Kensington Valley Rebels (MI)  3-2, and Mt Lebanon (PA)  4-2. Then played Traverse City (MI) in the Semi-Finals and won 5-3. The Championship was a rematch against the 4th ranked team in the country, Mt Lebanon (PA) and they won 4-1.  Cuppy Fitzpatrick had 43 saves and was named Player of the Game in the Championship. Other teams in tournament included North Jersey Avalanche, Niagara Falls Flyers and Birmingham Liberty (MI).

We will soon have the trophy displayed in the trophy case in the rink lobby and if you get a chance to see them play you’ll be watching one of the top 14U AA teams in the country who are now ranked number 1 in New York State!
