Webster HS Game Fundraiser
In the spirit of community engagement and developing a partnership with the Webster Varsity Hockey programs, we would like to share an exciting team fundraising opportunity with you!
The Webster School District in conjunction with the Webster Schroeder and Thomas Varsity teams are seeking a partnership with Webster Youth Hockey for the 2018-19 season. For the roughly 18 home games this year, WYHA has been asked to fill 4 positions at each Home Webster Thomas and Schroeder Varsity game. Imagine being immersed in the heat of the action while scoring $$ for your team, it’s a Win Win!
Ages
These positions would be filled by parents from our WYHA teams. Thomas 3 parents per Game (all are Security) & Schroeder ( 2 Penalty Box, 3 or 4 Security) from the Team that signs up for the Game Date/Time. All MUST be Adults. All adults must understand they are off ice officials and work for the referees assigned to the Game.
When
November thru February. Teams will sign up for the games they can support. Teams may sign up for more than one game (max 2, if there are more games after 12/4, then a team may sign up for a 3rd starting on 12/5). For each game a Team signs up for, they must supply the # of adults apecified who are qualified. As teams register for games, we will publish the assignments on the information page under the EVENTS tab.

Additional Costs
Teams will receive a payment of $200 per game. These funds will be provided directly to your team.
