Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Beginners

The WYHA Refund Policy for team deposits, jersey costs and registration fees is posted on the Policies page.

Camps, Clinics & Supplemental

See the Refund Policies under the Organization Tab. No refunds will be issued for missed ice time. August Camps may not be allowed by the NY Governor, inwhich full refunds will be made or credits issued towards future payments.

Girls

The WYHA Refund Policy for team deposits, jersey costs and registration fees is posted on the Policies page.

House

The WYHA Refund Policy for team deposits, jersey costs and registration fees is posted on the Policies page. Additional costs will be incurred if parents do not accurately identify their child's jersey size and the jersey must be replaced.

Travel

The WYHA Payment and Refund Policies can be found on the Policies page under Resources.

WYHA Team Staff

Registration & Training costs are reimbursable and reimbursements will be processed on a monthly basis starting in September. No Team Staff member is reimbursed until ALL registration & training is completed. Detailed instructions for submission can be found the the RESOURCES tab under the Manager section. Receipts for CEP Courses MUST be submitted to the Registrar. Please keep all receipts & course completions for registration and training in case your status does not update automatically.
