Refund Policies

Refund polcies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Beginners

The WYHA Refund Policy for team deposits, jersey costs and registration fees is posted on the Policies page.

Empire Evals

Players who move or are offered a position on a Travel or Girls team may request a refund or credit towards their Travel fee.

Girls

The WYHA Refund Policy for team deposits, jersey costs and registration fees is posted on the Policies page.

Head Coach Application

Coaches are reimbursed for their USA Hockey registration, training class registration and Screening expenses. Coaches should give their receipts to their manager so he/she can file for reimbursement in one package per team. All reimbursement requests are due by 12/31.

Pony

Travel

The WYHA Payment and Refund Policies can be found on the Policies page under Resources.

Travel & Girls Tryout

The $50 Tryout Fee is NOT refundable and pays for the tryout jersey and ice time. If the player is not selected for a WYHA team, then the $150 Team Deposit is refunded (if paid in cash or online) or transferred to Empire House. If paid by check, the check is destroyed or transferred to Empire House.
