Canadian Travel Permits

Using the provided templates, send the requested information to registrar@wyha.com at least 4 weeks in advance of any travel to Canada (for a single game, weekend of games or Canadian tournament). 

Note: you may not request a travel permit until you have an approved roster. 

The destination information will be used to check the tournament sanction, or in the case of games against a Canadian organization, to make sure they are properly registered with Canadian Hockey.
